European Bat Night

Every year, in august-september, in the european countries celebrates the „European Bat Night”. For a whole weekend take place excursions, exhibition and the participants are offered informative materials.

In Romania this event was celebrated by our team in colaboration with our different parteners from regions like: Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iaşi, Miercurea Ciuc,Târgu-Mureş, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Timişoara.

The event is adressed to people from the age of 1 up to 90. At these events are arranged stands were can be visualised photos with scenes from bat life, but also poses with bat encounters. Also our team gave informations to the participants about the lifestyle and behavior of bats, about their importance and methods on how they can be protected.
After sunset are organized ultrasound detectors demonstrations.
